Order Processing times:

Please note that order processing time must be added on to shipping times, to get the total time taken for you to receive an order upon placing it. Order processing time is between 2-5 business days and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, the printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch.

Delivery time:

  • USA. We try to deliver within 7 - 14 business days, though can be 20+ during holiday seasons.
  • Australia. 7 - 14 business days on average per posting.
  • UK. 6 - 12 business days on average per posting.
  • Europe. 6 - 12 business days on average per posting. 
  • Asia. 6 - 12 days on average per posting.
  • Other regions - contact us for exact delivery time.
  • Please be advised that during the holiday season, delays may occur in processing and delivery. 

Doggies Merch  is not liable if the incorrect shipping information is provided when you order – we are under no obligation to refund or change the delivery address in this instance. Please ensure all details are 100% before ordering.

Doggies Merch  is not liable, too, for the loss or theft of your item after it has been delivered. We are responsible for delivery to the address provided; make sure that you are happy with the safety of the delivery environment.

Order cancellations

We will not be able to make any further adjustments or cancel orders once it has begun to be processed.

Orders that are unable to be delivered

All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.

Separate packages

If your received package seems to be missing any items, please do not worry! We do ship orders in multiple/separate packages every now and then, due to weight restrictions and also to facilitate faster shipping once an item is located in our warehouse. Simply drop us an email at doggiesmerch@gmail.com and we'll take care of it right away.

Additional note: Please note that due to customs declaration for various postal requirements, it is important for our shipping department to include a base value below $30USD to avoid custom tariffs to the recipient. The base value varies from country to country. This is not the value of the product but of the customs declaration base value, we follow to ensure that nothing comes out of your pocket. Thank you.
